How can I pay online?

You may pay online by any major credit card or by electronic-check (e-check). * E-check payments coming soon.

Is this website secure?

Yes, we use bank-level encryption 256-bit AES. Your credit card is not stored in the system and is processed through STRIPE.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. Your payment is processed through Stripe, an online processing platform. Pathway Press does not receive your credit card number. We receive your contact information and payment amount only.

When will payment be credited to my account?

Payments will be processed and applied to your account within 3-5 business days. Once the payment is processed and posted, you will receive an email confirming your payment has been fully processed.

What credit card types are accepted?

All major debit and credit cards from customers in every country are accepted.

I have a question about my bill? -OR- How do I request my account balance?

Please call our customer service line toll free at (800) 553-8506, option 2, or send an email to [email protected]. Our regularly scheduled office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Why can’t I make a payment on my account?

If you do not have your customer ID and/or your order number, the system will not allow you to make a payment through the portal. Your customer ID can be found on the top right side of your invoice or statement.

Can I track my order online?

If you have not received an email providing tracking information on your order, please call (800) 553-8506 and press option 1. We can provide tracking information for your order by phone.

Are there other payment options available?

Yes. The following payment options are available:
  1. Pay online – visit https://paymybillpathway.com. Your customer ID and/or order number are required.
  2. Pay by Phone – To pay securely by credit card, please call (800) 553-8506 and select option 2 to speak with a customer service representative.
  3. By credit card – Please complete the credit card authorization form on the back of your invoice or statement and return by one of the following options:
